Some people may mistaken this place as just only a Taiwan Milk Tea shop, but inside the shop, there is a small kitchen which dishes out above average rice dishes.
My favourite is their Beef rice. According to the owner, they learnt the special technique of cooking the beef from a Taiwanese chef. It is half braised and half stir-fry. The end result if beef which is very tender and extremely flavourful.
Also, I changed their vegetable into Mui Choy. Although slightly saltier than average, it went well with the white rice. The vegetables were braised long enough for it to absorb the braised soya sauce gravy.
The set comes with a sunny side egg.
There are also other options such as crispy pork or chicken rice set, and also braised pork set with mui choy.
It is located at Basement 1, underneath Subway sandwich shop.
