I will kick off this new blog with something crackling good!
Tierney is a local Singaporean company which produced western sausages which are available in supermarkets.
Recently, they participated in the European Fair at Isetan Scotts. I was attracted by their beautiful crackling pork and pork knuckle.
Could not decide between the both. In the end, bought 4 strips of Crackling Pork. 1 strip is about 100g which amounted to S$3.30.
The skin was very crunchy and addicitve. Most of the oil and fats have already melted under the oven's high temperature, leaving behind only crunchy skin and juicy pork.
The aunty told me the next time they will be selling this crackling pork is in October at the same place. They do not have a shop, and only participate in these temporary food fairs.
